Context: Recognizing the limitations of traditional projectors—dim images, dependency on lighting, complex connection procedures—Ajinomoto Vietnam decided to invest in a comprehensive upgrade of its meeting room display systems to enhance work efficiency and foster collaboration.
The Challenge: Ajinomoto’s needs were diverse, ranging from large conference halls requiring extra-large, flexible screens to smaller meeting rooms demanding convenience and smart adjustability. A single solution could not fit all.
The VDS Solution: We approached the project with a strategy of tailoring solutions for each specific space:
For the Large Conference Hall: A 130-inch Samsung LED All-in-One display was selected to completely replace the projector, delivering sharp, vibrant images even in brightly lit environments. To meet mobility needs, VDS custom-designed a robust mobile stand.
For Small and Medium Rooms: Professional displays (85-98 inches) were installed on mobile carts featuring remote-controlled height adjustment motors. This unique solution allows users to adjust the screen’s height with a remote, offering maximum convenience.
The project transformed Ajinomoto’s meeting rooms into modern, dynamic, and effective collaborative workspaces, where every idea is presented with the utmost clarity and impact.
