Load-Bearing Structure: A massive LED screen (5500x2500mm), weighing hundreds of kilograms, had to be mounted on a non-load-bearing plasterboard wall.
Absolute Precision: The design blueprint demanded that the screen’s bottom edge be exactly 2300mm from the finished floor, with nearly zero tolerance for error.
Peak Aesthetics: A custom decorative trim was required to enhance the sense of luxury and perfectly sync with the lobby’s interior.
Independent Load-Bearing Structure Design: Our engineers designed a separate steel frame system, anchored directly to the building’s concrete beams and floor structure. This frame carries the entire load, ensuring absolute safety without exerting any pressure on the plasterboard wall.
Top-Tier Product Selection: The Samsung LED XRB039 display was chosen for its superior visual quality. All content is flexibly managed remotely via the Samsung MagicINFO platform.
Exquisite Finishing: The final touch was a custom-designed trim made from premium 304 Stainless Steel, precision-engineered via CNC to perfectly frame the display, creating a seamless and high-class entity.
